In today’s interview, conducted by Vanessa Pergher, we get to know Dr. Windy Dryden better, with a focus on the terms used to define this approach and what the future of SST might look like.

Who is Windy Dryden?

Windy Dryden is Emeritus Professor of Psychotherapeutic Studies at Goldsmiths University in London. He is well known for his work in rational-emotional cognitive-behavioral therapy (RECBT). He has written over 200 books and conducts numerous trainings on SPT.

Chi è Windy Dryden?

Windy Dryden è Professore Emerito di Studi Psicoterapeutici presso la Goldsmiths University di Londra. È molto conosciuto per il suo lavoro nella terapia cognitivo-comportamentale razionale-emotiva (RECBT). Ha scritto più di 200 libri e diffonde la TSS attraverso numerose formazioni.
