In today’s interview, conducted by Vanessa Pergher, we get to know Dr. Jessica Schleider, learning how she approached Single Session Therapy, what use she makes of it and her ideas about the future prospects and developments of SST.

Who is Jessica Schleider?

Jessica Schleider is a researcher in the Department of Clinical Psychology at Stony Brook University (NY). She has published over 60 articles and book chapters.

She created and co-created single-session mental health intervention programs for youth and adults.

In 2020, she was chosen as one of Forbes’ Under 30 in the Healthcare category.
